Cacao ceremony
Grounding in the body and moving from the noise of everyday life into presence.

Women’s circle · Riga
Cacao, lunar astrology, the menstrual cycle, feminine archetypes, somatic work and womb meditation — one journey back to yourself.
01 · A journey back to yourself
In relationships.
In a partner.
In money.
In achievements.
In other people’s approval.
Yet a real sense of safety does not begin in the outside world.
It begins when the body learns to feel: ‘I can feel safe within myself, too.’
When the nervous system feels safe, it becomes easier to hear your intuition, make decisions, set boundaries and express yourself authentically.
02 · What you will experience
Every practice is an invitation. You can choose the intensity, take a break or sit out any part.
Grounding in the body and moving from the noise of everyday life into presence.
Getting to know your emotional map and the language of inner safety.
Your cycle as a tool for self-understanding, rather than an expectation to be the same every day.
Exploring different feminine qualities and making room for what wants to be heard.
Movement without needing to please anyone, where you can feel how you stand when you trust yourself.
A gentle return to an inner space where you have nothing to prove.
Reflection that helps insights become a clearer inner direction.
Meeting the version of yourself who feels safe, intuitive and connected to her body.
03 · Why the Moon?
The Moon symbolises our emotional world, sense of safety, intuition and inner rhythm.
By exploring our Moon placement and our cycle, we begin to understand both how we feel and what we truly need.

Somatic coach and cacao ceremony facilitator
Sintija is a somatic coach with professional trauma-informed training. Over the past five years, she has guided more than 1,000 individual sessions, helping people build a deeper relationship with themselves, regulate their nervous system and return to the wisdom of their bodies.
Sintija has worked with ceremonial cacao for more than seven years, guiding individual and couples sessions, group ceremonies, women’s circles and retreats.
About the cacao ceremony
We begin the circle with ceremonial cacao, moving from the noise of everyday life into presence, the body and the heart. There is nothing to achieve; cacao offers an invitation to slow down and listen more deeply to yourself.

Our second facilitator
MADDII · Astrology and plant healing
MADDII’s main tools are astrology and plant healing — Heaven and Earth.
In working with the body, these tools become a language through which she can reach deeper layers of our being: sensing what in the body wishes to be heard and making room for inner information, change and integration.
As she continues to deepen her knowledge of astrology, plants and healing, MADDII’s own journey has brought her into a deeper relationship with the feminine psyche, the body and its natural wisdom.
Today her work invites other women to turn inward, explore their inner world and perhaps re-enter the forest of their psyche they have not visited for a long time.
