The invitation

There are moments when you realise you no longer want to live as you have until now.

Not because there is something wrong with you, but because you can feel that you have outgrown your old life. The old stories. The fears. The uncertainty. The person you tried for so long to be.

These two days offer space to pause, exhale and hear yourself again. Not to become a ‘better’ version of yourself, but to return to the woman who already lives within you and begin choosing her.

Sintija and Kristiāna guide a peaceful practice in a women’s circle.
This is not about becoming someone else. It is about the courage to finally live as yourself.

Do you recognise yourself?

This space is for you if you feel that change has already begun.

You do not need to have all the answers. It is enough to feel that the old way is no longer yours.

01

You are at a point of change and feel that the version of yourself you have lived as has become too small.

02

You are tired of repeating the same emotional or behavioural patterns.

03

You want to release the past, guilt, resentment or old stories.

04

You long for a deeper connection with your body, intuition and femininity.

05

You want more peace, ease and trust in yourself in everyday life.

06

You feel your next chapter calling, but it has not yet been fully embodied.

The transformational journey

Not a list of practices. One living journey.

01

Release

Meet old stories without punishing yourself. Through reflection, breath, somatic work and movement, allow your body to put down what it no longer wants to carry.

02

Remember

Slow down, open your heart and hear what is true within you beneath the roles, responsibilities and effort to control everything.

03

Embody

Create not only a beautiful intention, but an embodied sense of your new identity and one concrete choice to carry back into everyday life.

What you will experience

Practices that lead from awareness to embodiment.

Every practice is an invitation. You choose the intensity, your boundaries and how deeply you want to go in each moment.

✦

Cacao ceremonies

To open the heart, set an intention and connect with what is alive within you now.

✦

Somatic release

Breath, sensation and movement, with the freedom to slow down, stop or choose a gentler path.

✦

Forgiveness and writing

A letter to the person you have been and questions that help you see the old stories.

✦

Movement meditation

Osho-inspired shaking, free dance, witnessing and silence for integration.

✦

Yoga and sound meditation

A gentle awakening of the body and a soundscape of gong, crystal bowls and singing bowls.

✦

Conscious self-touch

A private self-massage practice with an eye covering and complete respect for your boundaries.

✦

Inner balance

A visualisation to balance feminine and masculine energies.

✦

Sauna, hot tub and rest

A warm space for conversation, silence and nervous-system integration after the first day.

Kristiāna Bērena Rautenfelda guides a sound meditation by the gong.

Cacao and sound

From the warmth of the heart to deep presence.

Ceremonial cacao will help you slow down, feel your intention and gently open space for what within you is asking to be heard.

Sound meditation with Kristiāna

You will rest in a flow of sound and vibration as gong, crystal bowls, singing bowls and other instruments create a deeply resonant soundscape. These frequencies may help the body relax, the mind grow quieter and accumulated tension ease.

It is an opportunity to be with yourself and listen inward, leaving the practice feeling lighter, calmer and ready for your next steps with a clearer mind.

Full program

Two days. Two movements. One threshold.

The sequence may be adjusted slightly to the group’s rhythm while preserving the intended transformational journey across both days.

Arrival and altar

Tea, a gentle arrival into the space and placing your personal symbolic object on the shared altar.

Opening circle

Introductions, intention, confidentiality and an agreement for safe, voluntary participation.

Heart-opening cacao ceremony

Slowing down, connecting with the body and preparing for the deeper work.

Ho’oponopono forgiveness letter to yourself

A letter to the version of yourself who came before, honouring what she endured and what no longer needs to be carried.

Somatic release practice

Approximately 90 minutes of awareness of sensation, breath, movement, slowing down and grounding.

Sharing circle

Space to notice what has shifted in your body and name what you want to carry forward.

Light lunch and pause

Food, tea, water and time for the nervous system to settle.

Journaling — Old Self / New Self

An honest reflection on familiar stories and the choices you want to make room for from now on.

Osho-inspired movement practice

Shaking, free dance, witnessing and savasana, allowing the experience to settle in the body.

Dinner

Warm, simple food and unhurried time together.

Tea, cards and evening integration

A question for your intuition: what matters for me to carry into this new chapter of life?

Sauna, hot tub and open integration

Rest, conversation or silence until 23:00 — without another intensive practice.

Sintija and Kristiāna prepare for a cacao ceremony together.

What you may carry with you

Not only beautiful memories, but a new sense of yourself.

  • more peace and clarity about what you want to choose next;
  • a deeper connection with your body and personal boundaries;
  • recognise the old patterns shaping your life and reprogramme them into a new identity;
  • one concrete promise to yourself that can be embodied in everyday life.

The retreat is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not guarantee a specific psychological outcome. It is an intentional, consent-led space for personal reflection, embodied presence and new choices.

Your body sets the pace

Safety is not a separate section. It is the foundation of the entire retreat.

Every practice is voluntary. ‘No’ is a complete answer.

You may reduce the intensity, stop, open your eyes, sit down or step out of a practice.

We do not touch another participant without clear consent.

What is shared is confidential. You are also allowed not to share.

Emotionally sensitive practices are not photographed; any other photography takes place only with consent.

I work as a somatic coach. Over the past five years, I have facilitated more than 1,000 individual, cacao and transformational sessions, helping people build a deeper relationship with themselves, regulate their nervous system and recognise limiting subconscious patterns.

I have completed professional training in somatic coaching with a trauma-informed approach, and I continue deepening my knowledge of sexuality and intimacy coaching.

I have worked with ceremonial cacao for more than seven years, facilitating individual and couples sessions, group ceremonies, women’s circles and retreats. At this retreat, I will guide the overall journey, cacao ceremonies, somatic practices and new-identity work.

My name is Kristiāna Bērena Rautenfelda. For more than five years, I have worked with the body and mindfulness at my Un der Bowl studio, and I am also an ambassador for the Meinl Sonic Energy brand.

During this time, I have explored different practices and gradually found my own way of working with people — without trying to teach them the ‘right’ way to live, think or feel. Every practice I guide is centred on awareness, self-discovery and simply being at peace.

To work with me, gender and age do not matter — only the desire to change something in your life. At the retreat, I will guide the sound meditation and a visualisation for balancing feminine and masculine energies.
